The parent/player meeting will be held first this year, before uniform size confirmation and returning forms. Please arrive promptly at your scheduled meeting time and take a seat.
Sample sizes of uniform jersey, shorts, knee pads, full zip warm-up jacket, warm-up pants, shoes, team backpack, parent polo shirt, parent fleece warmup top / pants will be on display tables. Players filled out their uniform sizes on the tryout/ranking registration form that they mailed to us before tryouts with sizes they thought would fit. We will have that tryout/ranking form with us at the meeting. You can change any incorrect uniform sizes on tryout/ranking registration form after checking the sample sizes after the meeting is over.
Players were given the Mizuno order form at tryouts / ranking session. But you can also download the Mizuno order form {see above icon}. Items are optional.
If non-travel team players want to order shoes, warm-ups or backpack that are not included in their dues, they can do so at uniform sizing / parent meeting. Travel and Non-Trave team parents can order parent polo shirt, fleece warm-up top / pants. Make check payable to Cajunland Booster Club.
After the parent meeting is over:
I. "Confirm Uniform Sizes:
We will have your tryout/ranking registraton form you gave us with the uniform sizes you thougtht would fit. You can verify or change the sizes at this time. Check out samples on display tables before you get in line {after the end of the parent meeting}.
2. "Return All Forms":
A. Bring the completed and signed Player Medical Release Form. It was given to players at tryouts. If you have misplaced it, you can download it {at top of page} or at the Bayou Region's website at www.bayouvolleyball.com.
B. Bring the "Bayou Region" Membership Application "Confirmation".
Players received instructions at tryouts to go online the Bayou Region's website at www.bayou volleyball.com and register as members and immediately print the Membership Application Confirmation Form after registering online. {See instructions at top of page if you have not yet registered with the Bayou Region.}
C. Bring the 1 page optional Mizuno Order Form.
It was given to players at tryouts. If ordering Mizuno items, please have the check payable to Cajunland Booster Club and form filled out completely. You can also download form if you missplaced it {see icon at top of page}.
To avoid long lines, please have all forms filled out completely and have check written if purchasing Mizuno items before getting in line .
